We are thrilled to introduce the 2026 Youth Ambassadors for our youth exchange program with Groß-Bieberau, Germany!
Meet; Eli, Annabelle, Charlie, and Avery
Since 2001, we have given local high school students the chance to live abroad, host German partners in their home, and experience everyday life and culture in Groß-Bieberau, Germany. The program builds friendships, broadens perspectives, and strengthens ties between the two communities.
Today more than ever we need to engage with and support our international friends so that together we can continue to understand and appreciate the endless ways that we can learn from and teach each other about the immense importance of loyalty, empathy and compassion.
Through the eyes of our friends we get to see how special our lives really are!

June 19 – July 17, 2026: Millstadt students in Germany
July 17 – August 14, 2026: German students in Millstadt
The Millstadt Sister Cities Organization promotes friendship and cultural exchange between Millstadt, Illinois, and Groß-Bieberau, Germany.
The typical travel route for our organization starts with a 9-hour flight from St. Louis, Missouri to Frankfurt, Germany. From Frankfurt, we take an hour long ride to Groß-Bieberau.
